Refund and Return Policy

At Fault Line Project, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right with our easy and fair Refund and Return Policy.


 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or we made an error.
  • Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at orders@faultlineproject.com or use the Return Request Form on our website.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  3. Approval Process: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Ship It Back: Use the shipping label we provide or ship it using your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
  • Partial refunds may apply for used, damaged, or incomplete items—this is at our discretion.

 


 

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

  • Follow the same steps as for a return and indicate the desired size/color.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Email us at orders@faultlineproject.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue.
  • Upon review, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider—they may still be processing it.
  2. Still need help? Email us at orders@faultlineproject.com.

 


 

International Orders

  • Returns for international orders follow the same guidelines.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
  • Original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
